End User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Doto mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Doto on your compatible device for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, sell, lease, or lend the App or its content.

3. Subscription & Pricing

• Doto operates on a subscription model at $3.99 USD per month
• Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Price subject to change with 30 days' notice

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Parental Consent & Children's Privacy

Doto is designed for family use and may include child user accounts. Parents/guardians are responsible for:

• Authorizing and supervising children's use of the App
• Providing accurate information during registration
• Ensuring compliance with this EULA

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without parental consent. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data promptly.

6. Data & Privacy

• We collect family member names, email addresses (for password reset), usernames, task/chore data, and shopping lists
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties
• Data is stored securely on our servers and transmitted over encrypted connections

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of data or content

We do not guarantee the App will meet your expectations or be compatible with all devices or iOS versions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business interruption
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions

Our total liability under this EULA shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.

9. Modifications & Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue the App or its features
• Change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Suspend or terminate your access if you violate this EULA

We are not liable for modifications or discontinuance of the App.

10. Termination

Your license terminates automatically if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must delete the App from your device. Surviving provisions include Sections 7, 8, and 11.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
